We received a Gift from God in September 2001

Have you ever heard of ABS? Before Haylee was born I had no idea what it was much less ever even heard it mentioned. I had never met anyone with a deformity from ABS. I am sure many of you that are visiting the site already know what ABS or have at least heard it mentioned. That is why you are here right?

(ABS) is a set of congenital birth defects believed to be caused by entrapment of fetal parts (usually a limb or digits) in fibrous amniotic bands while in utero.

….Or the way I always thought of it was a small rubber band the wrapped itself around the limb or digits on our small baby still in the womb and stopped growth.

Haylee is so wonderful and she is determined to show the world God’s love and that she can do all things through Him who strengthens us. In order to do this, she thought about making jewelry. To see her heavenly creations, click here.

I would like this to be a place where you can come and get to know each other and to learn more about ABS and to educate other people about ABS. We can share our stories, our triumphs, our tears and our laughter and they children can make some great friend that they have something in common with.
